General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the ck44 platform and its users. By using the services provided through the ck44 website, mobile application or any other channel, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The ck44 platform reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Any documents or information requested for verification must be provided within the specified time. Withdrawal processing may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

Age Limit and Eligibility

All casino and betting activities on the ck44 platform are strictly for persons aged 21 or above. No person under this age may register on the platform or participate in any game.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. ck44 may request the necessary documents to verify age at any time. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• The mobile number used for a deposit must belong to the account registered in the same name.
• Deposits made from a third party's number are not accepted and may be returned.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If account verification is not complete, withdrawal requests may be delayed.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ck44 provides various bonuses and promotional offers to its members. These offers are subject to specific conditions and are subject to change.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To become eligible to receive this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before the bonus funds can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If fraudulent conduct in relation to bonus activity is proven, the bonus will be cancelled and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• ck44 reserves the right to change bonus terms or cancel a bonus at any time.
• A bonus amount is never directly payable cash — it is an incentive.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on ck44 are operated by third-party game providers. It is the player's own responsibility to read and understand the individual rules of each game before playing.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, that round may be considered void.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or remains unresolved, the amount staked on the relevant bet will be refunded.
• If a software error in any game results in an abnormal win, ck44 reserves the right to void that win.

7.2 Live Casino Rules

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a technical issue arises during a live game, the support team must be notified immediately. Live casino rules are governed by the terms of the relevant game provider.

VIP Program

The ck44 VIP Program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback on weekly net losses.

Weekly cashback is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for that week. Example: a Silver tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on overall activity and engagement on the platform.

VIP benefits apply to active and verified accounts only. ck44 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP Program.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck44 platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one account under a single name.
• Coordinated or manipulative betting to obtain bonuses.
• Playing games using software bots, automated scripts or any other automated method.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

The ck44 security team monitors transactions and gaming activity around the clock. If unusual or suspicious activity is detected, an account may be temporarily suspended without prior verification.

Account Suspension and Closure

ck44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions.
• Account created on the basis of false information.
• Evidence of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Breach of the age limit requirement.
• Direction from authorities under applicable law.

You may also request account closure at any time through support. If there are pending withdrawals at the time of closure, they will be processed after proper verification.
